I have downloaded a recent well known Operating system from Kazzalite and the product Key that came with it does not work.
Are there any genuine Product keys out there or am I wasting my time?

first of all dont download software from kazaa, that is the worst way to go about getting you're software needs! do you know about emule or the ed2k network?? You can grab it from here (http://www.emule-project.net/) and then once you got the p2p app running go to Sharereator (http://www.sharereactor.com) and search for the windows OS you are looking for all of the releases come with a compliant and working cd-key because SR is a link site it is all legit, just might take a bit longer to download it but wouldnt you rather have something that works?

u should download the corporate version ov XP then u dont need a keychanger

That may be true, but Microsoft has banned almost all the public (now completely invalid) keys for the corporate versions of it's software up through Windows XP and Server 2003.
That means that XP will not update or install service pack 1.
