Aparently others can see them only as deleted, but not read them.

Thats good we can delete them and leave the reason message as why instead of closing them.

I was wondering about that, so i have been leaving the optional message most of the time.

Note i also do like to close them first so others can see why they were closed, without wondering what happened to the thread. Except for special cases like our evening spammer.

yea but now we dont have to "remove" threads to the crib forum anymore we can just delete them.

When I click Rainbowdemons link I get "Invalid Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster".
I've never seen any of your little messages Hunter. :-(

they would show up in the forums as thread deleted by: insertmodnamehere Reason: insertreason here.
Not by clicking the link to view the thread which you will get the does not exist page.

Sephiroth...can you give us an example of a deleted thread? I suppose there could be a chance that I would search for a thread someday and I'm curious as to what it would be that we, the non-mods, would see.

Heres an example of the type of threads that would get deleted even though its just closed at the moment. Warez threads are the majority of deleted threads.

That's a great idea Sephiroth. If you could add something like This is that same guy who keeps doing this or This is why you can't see this person's other 4 threads either it could greatly add to the entertainment value.

Nsync??!! NOooooooooooooo.... I don't want this Uber-villian getting a boy-band makeover. Gosh darnit. I hope Cloud kicks his ass big-time. That is, unless Cloud gets portrayed by Haley Joel Osment or Edward Furlong. Then it would just be a cat-fight. Curse my obsession of the FF series.
Anyways, I have seen that type of thread in your example. Would we, the non-mods, be seeing the next stage; the deletion with the possible reasons, such as what aqlo suggested?
