Heres an article that was put in the Boston Globe.. You never know how much a guy can be a prick until he makes this statement.

-"That would not be a very effective strategy, because that would tell people that they can infringe until they get a notice. So we do intend to file the lawsuit unless they settle in advance."

Kinda like paying them off to not throw you to courtroom and make you pay 100s on legal fees.

You can see the slant of the journalist in this question that was asked:

"Will the launch of legal downloading services like the Apple iTunes Music Store make a dent in illegal file swapping?"

Sherman isnt very forward thinking. He should be praising new technologies and working with the visionaries and consumers instead of against them. What an idiot!

i agree dudeasincool.
He could market Mp3's so easily, CREate a machine in the mall that has 100000 mp3 to choose from with CABLE or dsl, that can be easily updated, be able to load them on portable device or burn them on cd for as little as a 10cents a song. And it could be set up at LIVE concerts, at the end, they will be machines in the back that encodes the recorded songs, and spins them on CD's. you can even buy them in the concert arena or outside if its a sold out show.
Could do so much possibilities.
