Hey all I was wondering how to make a DC Hub for like sharing family pictures etc .... Here is some things I am wondering about....
What ports would I need to open on a router?
Do I leave it to say "local host"?
How would I connect to the hub?
Does it matter if your IP is changes?
Also anything else I should know...
I have DC and Dc hub 2.0

yep..just go to a dyns site and register your current ip and dl a dyns client..to check and update your ip..
as for the ports..you would need to 4ward the ports your hub is using
to connect you simply use a dc cleint and put in your hub addy

Get Ptokax here:
http://ptokax.times.lv/
The hub address will be the address you receive from the dyns client.

a web based email address with fake info and a no-ip address with fake info is too much private info?
as near as i can tell that's exactly no private info

Another related question: if you run the software to have you own hub and you have, say, 30 people connected to it, how bandwidth would this take on your part? Since it's all direct connect people will be connecting to each other to exchange files, but just in terms of joining the hub and chatting, how much bandwidth would this require?
