Blank New Window

[Spongebob Squarepants]

Just recently when I follow a link on a web page (using I.E. 6) that would normally open a new window, it opens but is blank, and if the link is a .gif I can't reach it through properties. :/ Anyone know why? I'm using Windows 98 and have Zonealarm and Avg running.

P.s. Avg 7 had a big update the other day and it may have started about then.

Have you tried it without ZA and AVG to see if that was in fact the problem? It sounds like a browser problem or perhaps the page you want is down.
