i use ws-ftp. Its pretty damn good.
But for getting files, i prefer p2p. Because servers only have a limited amount of files, while p2p networks have millions. Plus, you Have to upload as much as you download. Now, I'm no leecher. But I use adsl. So u^ploading takes a lot more time than downloading. If I want to download a complete album from an ftp-server, I have to upload about 2 hours long. The download only takes 15 minutes!

ws-ftp is good, one of the first apps offered on the internet and still good.

another one you might find easy to use is smart ftp, both are freeware, well ws-ftp has a freeware version and smart ftp is freeware.

Use google or yahoo search, they are easy to find.

SmartFTP (smartftp.com) and FlashFXP (flashfxp.com) are probably the two best FTP clients around.
