Hey currently SoulSeek is down. I heard they were having DNS issues but had a different address they could be reached at. They sent out a system wide Admin Notify with the information but I closed it before getting the information.

Does anyone know where to go to get back on Soul Seek?

Ok, i found them. you need to download the new version to get back on soulseek and it can be found at:
