Matt Drudge, who has one of the most popular websites ( http://www.drudgereport.com/ ), and also has a Sunday night national radio show, just got through doing a 15 minute rant against the record industry and the RIAA. He slammed them for suing their customers and criticized their arrogance and ignorance, and he stated they should leave music lovers alone. Drudge is notoriously conservative and his show is on the Premiere network and Clear Channel. It's unbelievable to hear the RIAA slammed on Clear Channel, but I loved it. This kind of endorsement can only help.

Drudge is a major force in internet news. He started 9 years ago on the net and has fashioned a news site that even News professionals check first in the morning. It's still essentially a 1 or 2 man operation, but it carries major weight. His opinions won't be on the website, but on the radio he blistered RIAA fanny.

I haven't heard of him either, but this is cool. I like someone kicking the RIAA'S ASS. MORE POWER TO HIM

Redneck, I don't know if Drudge will meet Barry Goldwater standards, but he is an admitted conservative and he is a Rush advocate as well. His website is news, not opinion, but his conservative slant is evident, especially when the Democratic party is the subject. Ann Coulter is one of his favorite people, if that says anything for you.

I am surprised many of you have never heard of him, he is the one who broke many Clinton scandals.
Has been around for what is considered eons in the broadcasting world, and even had his own show on fox until they yanked him off the air.
