Is Aqualime not being made anymore?

Is aqualime being made anymore? I like it and there hasn't been anything made lately..

I read a post at unitethecows forum where the creator of aqualime hangs out and it mentioned he is not currently working on aqualime anymore.

Yeah I like it also, it is probably the best gnutella application. Not sure why it's not more popular. I think it's better than shareaza really.

BTW you can get his last version he made at unitethecows.com , you need to join to access the files.

I saw his site and he said he has givin it up for a while, but still Aqua Lime right now is pretty good :)

If I ever said I'm not working on AquaLime anymore, it ment 'at the moment' not 'ever' :D I plan on getting AquaLime 3.0 done at the very least.

Anyway, 2.55 is indeed out. When I say blocks a bunch of IPs by default, i mean the IPs of ip harvesting companies, spoofers and spammers etc, not random people of course :)

as you prolly know, UTC is down. AL development will continue, but whether it's available to anyone but me remains to be seen.

Do you think you might share it via gnutella network.
Also perhaps you could share it with a few people to help it get distributed. You could share it via one of the instant messenger type services like icq, yahoo instant message or msm.

I have a small group that would share it on gnutella for you. If you would be interested let me know.

MamiyaOtaru's comments were posted before he had received the good news about UTC re-opening. AquaLime will be available through UTC as soon as it re-opens. If not, I'm sure that Slyck.com would be willing to host it. There are already several other places where it can be dled from. If anyone wants the latest version before then, PM me or email me and I am sure we can work something out. ;)

afaik, intimidated doesn't know php well enough to maintain it without extensive assistance from Unite. That's the story anyway.
