Yeah, this could only happen in America. Other countries have either already dealt with this the right way, like Canada; or else they're waiting to see what happens; or else they don't have the tech yet; or else there's no law against file-sharing but once you download britney_and_madonna.jpg they haul you away and cut something off (it isn't stealing, so it's not your hand)
