Tracker problems...

I (incredibly stupidly) closed out my bittorrent download window. I immediately opened up the torrent file again, and it simply will not connect.. and I've left it open for almost a whole day. I think the tracker could be down, but if that's right, how was my download working without it?

So I have this error, my download is 94% complete, I'd like to make that 100%.

Chances are the tracker is either down or very busy. Try again or seek alternative sources for the file.

If it was from suprnova.. just close ya browser and relaunch on that site (it takes you to different mirrors each time!) - then redownload the torrent and resume from there.
