Should you be of a mind to download music legally , it may have come to your attention that as where US downloaders on i-tunes can download tracks for $99cents (about 62pence) per track ,MSN downloads offer the the same tracks for £1 (about $1.58) to UK users.
MSN want half as much again and then some ,as Apple I-tunes users, why am i not surprised.
As much as i dislike record companies it seems to me that Microsoft is using its grabbing hands to full effect already and the market is only in its inffancy.

I made this clear some time ago when iTunes first launched in another forum. I absolutely knew 100% that if any such services appeared in the UK they would charge 99p or £1 per track rather than a conversion of 99 cents to UK pounds.

They seem to think that most UK people are total mugs and will pay over the odds for everything. The sad truth is they are probably right.

I would never pay for a MP3 track id just prefere to get the CD.

Big compaines have been ripping us off in the UK for years now, the sad thing is no one seems to care or at least not enough ppl to make a difference.

Uk users should have to pay more, Everything their is expensive, why should music be any different? jk=)
I suspect that cause Itunes couldnt get over their for some reason or another, It left a big opening for microsoft, with no other competitor, they can charge just as much!

M$ is the last company I would purchase music from or anything else for that matter. I have purchased an album on the iTunes store, which was cheap and a very good album.
