I just installed K++ ver.2.41. How secure is this release. Can my IP still be traced during a D/L? I guess nothing is really secure but will the RIAA be sending me a message after using this?:mellow

It does not matter if you have Kazaa or K++,If the RIAA wants to find you they will. Now you could also use a proxy in K++ but I wouldn't worry about it.. Why, because the RIAA is going after people sharing files rather than people who download. The worst thing you have to worry about at this point in time is viruses and fake files... Here are a few tips...

#1. Get a firewall if you don't already have one.\
#2. Have a good antivirus program and make sure it have the latest updates. Best are Norton/Mcaffee/AVG.
#3. When you download music, look for files with multiple sources. Stay away from music files with only one or two sources as these tend to be of poor quality or intentionally altered as to not provide a pleasent listening experience.

Hope that answers your question.

Welcome to ZP....

Kazaa is owned by the RIAA...they should be knocking on your door within 6 to 10 days....

I'm sure you only downloaded some killer goat porn though, right? They'll have no case! Mwahahahah!
