No it wont

Btw, you can install service pack 1. A friend of mine had a pirated windows xp, and all he had to do was change his windows key. Service pack 1 doesn't disable your machine or cause any damage to your pc if you have an illegal xp version. It will just refuse to install. Thats it! So you can search for a windows xp key changer on the net, and a keymaker that will make good cd-keys that aren't blocked by service pack 1. Then you can just install sp1.

do a search for the following file - Windows_XP_Final_build_2600_English_Patch.zip you can get it on most p2p systems or look on astalavista.com , extract it then boot into safe mode, run the batch file and it takes out the disable feature on xp completely, works a treat i last had to install xp on mine 2 years ago and it is still going, probably an idea to tool on over to bigfix.com and download the client there, it downloads the security patches on windows for you then you can patch it and get rid of any holes, i use it all the time p*sses over the windows update system.

To install the MSBlast patch, you need Service Pack one installed.

Thats what I understood, I guess I'm wrong, but SP1 fixes a bunch of other vulnerabilities.
