i think that morpheus should make a mp2p client like grokster (rockitnet) ... gnutella sucks and so alot of people dont download morpheus, but i think (know) that morpheus will become the number one client when they make a mp2p client .... sorry for my bad english

why would morpheus make a MP2P client? It would only be allowed to share music files ne way. Gnutella doesnt suck, the morpheus client is one of the most stable gnutella clients.

because a lot of people hate gnutella, and so they don't download morpheus, i think that mp2p is the future, napster was it in the past, fasttrack is it now and mp2p will become it in the future, the only thing pablos hould do is: open the network for all file types, so probably more clients will join this network

Gnutella network is alright, but most people are unhappy with it.
Most people are either on A) fastrak or on B) high but not 100% safe security programs like IRC, ES5, Freenet, newsgroups and such

I don't know if I agree with it. I mean I do somewhat, but I really like how it's just for music. It's my #1 place to get just music that isn't fake. I haven't got fake songs yet, I'm sure I will though.
As of right now I think Pablo should keep Blubster/Piolet to just music. AG Satellite did this and they were huge.

I've tried the newest Morpheus public version and it isn't all that bad. Of course Gnutella is the pits compared to other networks but they are making alot of progress since the "preview edition" was released a year and a half ago. Who knows what they have for the future, give them and the rest of the Gnutella developers a chance to better understand the mechanics of p2p (instead of ragging on them all the time.) and they may have a very promising future.
As it stands though, Gnutella is the lowest rated network and for good reason.

i dont think piolet is the number one place for music, personaly i prefer soulseek. But back to the topic, even if morpheus made a mp2p client (which they wont) they still have morpheus on gnutella.
