Okay my friend has asked me to get help on something. They are playing this video-game for the computer called Flank.
Anyways when they put the cd in and try to load it they end up getting this error
"File Msvfw32.dll is missing"
So I thought I could try to look for it on the internet and send it to them. Would this work? And if I do find it where would I place it on the computer for the game to work?
They are running Windows Me, with 192MB Ram. That's all I know of right now.

"Microsoft Video for Windows"
Acording to Microsoft's DLL information pages (http://support.microsoft.com/servicedesks/fileversion/dllinfo.asp?fr=0&sd=msdn), window ME contains version
4.90.0.3000 of msvfw2000.dll
Eight different version are listed which correspond to different
window's releases, you probably need the ME one.
Ask an ME user where it is on their system.

it goes in c:\windows\system, and will be on your winme install cd.

You may also have the file but you may need an updated one for that particular game.

A search for that file on DC++ revealed the dozens of people that are sharing their system files . . . .
time for me to browse . . . . buwahahahaha
The file for ME or Windows 2000 will probably work for you.
Edit : the first file list I browsed gave me the ADMINIST.PWL for this user.
Heres comes their cookies folder. (think passport)
I got their Windows Address book, then their MSN Messenger files.
Lmao ! Even their temporary internet files tell me where they got their booby pics from, and all the names . . .Brooke Burk, Anna, Crissy, Aurora . . . .

Always most handy. One should be able to purchase a Russian wife at all times. They are good for making the tea.

as soon as i saw this, it made me wonder how many people do actually share their entire C drive. out of 2 houbs, one being the ZP hub, i got 11 results. note that no one on the ZP hub is stupid enough to share thier C drive, though i dont think it would be a problem if they were only in that hub. the other hub had 1005 people in it. so thats over 1% of the users sharing their entire C drive. pathetic. IMO, they deserve whatever comes of their flukes

Trust me, if anyone on the hub had shared their C: drives, they would have heard about it long before now. (altho I DID do a double check just now) I'm sure none of our Zero Paid members would ever do a thing like that.
I am on a couple of dozen hubs, and I see allll kinds.

Driverguide is free but u do have me beat on registration. I just meant registration is a small price to pay for access to the database of drivers they have.
