If you want free music if you are afarid you might sued by the RIAA no fear my brother. Go to www.spinner.com download it's FREE and get a Sound Recorder from www.download.com That can record SOUND from the Soundcard and Encode it into a MP3 file. There are over 400,000 Songs on Spinner. Infact thats Better music. Thank you Tell me what you think.

yes...there is also a plugin for spinner for winamp....spinamp (http://www.google.com/url?sa=U&start=1&q=http://www.musiclivesonline.com/software/spinamp.html&e=912)

you can just use the output plugins in winamp to play around with that.

you can also rip shoutcast streams...i use ripcast (http://www.xoteck.com/ripcast/) ...but it's not "free" if you catch my drift.

never thought of this? I've been doing it for years. Also take into consideration that the quality won't be great. Most of the streaming radio's quality is 128k and possibly 192.

good idea though..

hrmmmmmm that's a porno site, atleast that's where it redirects me to lol.
Yup, it does that for me also, so when we get a link like that, dont quote it as it gives us more posts to edit to remove the links.

OMG, Something I NEVER thought of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah right, people have been doing this for years whenever a new song is slow to come about to p2p. This guy really is about 7-8 years too late, and besides, cd-ripping and bootlegs work just fine. Some of you noobs are way too scared of the big bad RIAA.

I don't like listening to the radio over the internet. I mean it's okay but I would rather just download the music if I want to hear it, especially if I want to hear good quality.

Xm radio has a satelite version for your pc too. Downside is that it costs 10 bucks a month, upside is that it's satellite so you can still surf while you listen and record.... http://www.xmradio.com/xmpcr/
