To everyone who uses P2P networks:

Ok, for about 2 weeks now I have listened to you people kick, scratch, piss, moan and groan over how scared of being sued you are. You peole keep asking for IP providers to fight back against the RIAA. You are wanting the creator of Kazza to delete the logs and to provide privacy protection.
The truth is.... The creator of Kazza don't give a D*mn about you! The IP providers can't do a thing but abide by the law!
People, STOP relying on other people to protect you because they won't!! This is a hunting game people. Anyone who hunts or has hunted knows the game. We are the prey and the RIAA is the hunter. The RIAA is hunting us down like rabbits running in the snow. It is easy for them to catch us because we are leaveing tracks in the snow (IP information). You have to outsmart them!
Now from what I see, everyone who is running scared are mostly kids who don't know a d*mn thing about the internet. I am going to tell you how to outsmart the RIAA eg.. putting a white fur coat on the rabbit and dissapearing in the snow. What i'm about to tell you SHOULD already be known by anyone who deals in piracy.
All you will need are 3 programs running on your pc. They are....Norton antivirus.....Zonealarm....and....a Anonymous Proxy Server app.
The RIAA must get evidense to take you to court. One way they get it is to put fake mp3 files taunted with a trogan horse on the P2P net that when opened, gathers info off your pc and sends it back to them. If you have ALL three of these programs, Norton will be the one to first catch the trojan horse and if for some strange unknown reason it does not then zonealarm WILL stop it from sending info back to RIAA. The main way they get your info is to download a mp3 from you and along with it, your ip info. The anonymous proxy server will stop this by sending them a bogus ip addy. And DON'T use a cheap fly-by-night proxy server app either. To get the job done, you need top of the line apps (I've tested my proxy server with www.privacy.net and had the bogus ip addy traced. It could not trace it back to my IP Provider cause I use 10 diff anonymous proxy server addys at the same time. They will have a field day trying to trace you all around the globe. Most anonymous servers don't keep logs either so they prob wont get far. Just think of all the money they will spend supoenaing all those server owners for information!!!!).
You will need to configure norton antivirus to pick up hueristic files. Also you will need to configure zonealarm to reject cookies.
Another good practice is to change your username on kazza or whatever network you use, at least once a week.

Thats it folks. I hope you peole learned a few things today. You Take Control Of Your Privacy!!!!
Know your enemy and stay one step ahead of them!
Good Luck people!

And I am NO file shareing newbie!!!

lol, lead us oh great one, none of us are scared, theirs the occasional paranoid person. But honestly you think this is an riaa site and it isn't. It's all about P2P, software, and other things involving computers. If you look at the other forums, there is an ultimate FAQ guide by mojo, and we follow that.

Edit: No that's not how the riaa tracks you, how does that look if they bait you into downloading then catch you that way. No instead they browse your files for copyrighted music. Their blending in with the rest of the p2p community, and succeeding.

I think the programs need to use Security codes it seems the riaa signed up all of it's accounts with that one program that signs up like 100 accounts in minutes. websites have made those things with letters that aren't picked up by computer,s and you have to type them.

Good luck to those on the Eastcoast, hopefully by tomorrow morning you'll wake up with electricity

Nice first post, now a few pointers.
1 you are a newbie here, so dont profess to everything in your first post, as it usually just pisses people off.
2 get to know people before you post, and you wont seem like such a troll.
3 The most important one, stop being so god dammed cocky.
Oh yeah "Thread Closed".
Almost forgot, we are not all kids.
