Youre going to need command.com to do this, which is on the floppy that you dont have a drive for.
so . . heres my non caffienated guess.
Download a W98 boot disk to a folder, then burn the contents to a cd with your new BIOS rev. The downside here that you cant save your OLD BIOS on to a CD at this stage, so you may want to check your BIOS rev and download and burn that one too, just in case ! ( boot CD, old BIOS, new BIOS)
When you boot up, hit F2 or Delete and go to the BIOS, set it to boot from CD first, then exit saving changes.
When the machine reboots, see if it will read the CD as a floppy. 30 minutes and about .25 cents to try it.
If it doesnt work, use a permanent marker and write DRINK COASTER on the CD, and go buy a $10 floppy drive.
