thats right baby, what comes around goes around. let no one impede on your freedom of speech. great, lets see what comes around in the long run.. without a doubt, no matter the circumstances, what ever becomes of this, either to disrupt or erupt afterwards, the fact remains, to come fighting for what one believes in. hail! p2p is alive. fight fair, get rid of stupid laws, that prevent fairuse, and what does one get? there rights, violated. talk about fairness. grrr. glad some individuals are taking a stand.

but I dont think this will accomplish much of anything other than a minor codicil to the DMCA, though this is a longshot. The ACLU is suing over hisright to decrypt and publish a companies black list regarding filtering devices, right? Sure he worked on it and in a just world he could claim some right to it; butwe live in a land of proprietary software and nondisclosure agreements. No. I think if anything this casewill end in disfavor and set a future precedent in favor of the DMCA. call me a doomsayer, the ides of march and such, but I will be (gleefully) surprised if he manages to win this case and if the lawmakers in this country dont take a decision in their favor as a signal to far overstep the ethics of governing yet again.
...Now if I could only find that decss code I left around here.
