... to take people to court over copyrights. Do they own the copyright. Yes, they stand for the music industry, but go to a store and look at a cd case. Does it say copyright 2003 RIAA, no, it says copyright 2003 (whatever artist's cd you have in your hands). If the artists wanted to sue don't you think that they would be suing? They don't support the RIAA's tactics and they've said so. Even Jacko (not a 100% good example) doesn't like the idea of taking money from the kiddies he loves so much or sending them to jail. Heck, why we don't just wall off the country and make it a big prison camp since so many of us are "criminals" How many of you didn't try to steal something as a kid and see if you could get away with it. We all did and no matter how much they try to teach the kids in school, they're still gonna try and steal it. If there's a will and a way to get something free they're going to. NO matter what it takes. This is a bunch of fucking nonsense. They're dopes and they think they're going to win. Keep supporting P2P, go to protests and support the cause. P2P will never go away and filing court cases is not the way. Washington is going to have to step in and do something in another few weeks once the RIAA clogs up the court system. Can you imaging court cases all day long. Don't give in to the RIAA's demands and settle out of court. Take it to court and clog the fucking court system so they have to take action and stop all this frivilous nonsense.
