please tell me how to submit new releases.

It's tough to say without knowing what you are talking about.
If you have a new release from an existing p2p app, go to the mainpage and click 'submit news'.
If it's a new program, just find the most appropriate place you can inside the forum.

it's the same submission form as the news.
the news mods determine that it is a release, and make sure that it gets put in the right section.

well i submitted 3 releases by the "submit news" button but it wasnt posted anywhere ... well if its not wanted ...
