guide me!!!

hello everyone,
Im new to iswipe, I had limewire but didn't find it any good then I read reviews on iswipe and thought id download it but when i did there is an icon on my desktop and when I go to open it,it goes into microsoft word?? I can't seem to install it and I really wat to!, could someone please help or guide me??
