ask your network administrator to set it up for you.

if he wants you to run it, he will be happy to oblige...if he doesn't want you to use it, you're out of luck.

most places that have a network administrator tend to not want p2p apps running.

buy yourself a flatrate and use kazaa from home. why are so many people trying to abuse university and their employers' computers?! it's because of greedy people like you who are too greedy to spend 25 euro per month on a dsl flatrate that I can't get access to university computers to do some serious work, because dumb greedy people are using them all the time checking for their emails or trying to get kazaa running. if you are interested in the internet, 25 euro per month is not too much, and if you are not interested, then stop abusing other people's computers.

i am in a remote part of africa most of yoou woulnt understand, there are no facilities like back home for on e to buy flate rate dsl,and still there are no telephones so there is no way of having a dialup type of connection to my comp, now the issue would be the black listing of so many sites since they are trying to have a stable bandwith,
