Wow most of those college kids probably got scared and wiped their hard drives like it said in the article..but some just shrugged and kept sharing
We need more to shrug and keep sharing
Anyways, setting up donations to help the guy out isnt a bad idea..I hope he pays the fine and everything will be fine

What a moron. Speeding on the highway kills people. With P2P you have a really small chance of being sued, and being sued has more to do with the RIAA anti-luddites fear of technology then a legitamate legal/moral violation. Heck, I'm in the tech field and they're outsourcing all our jobs to India. You don't see me bitching and crying to congress, I do it the American way, I SACK IT UP and beat other countries by doing things faster, better and sexier.
