Primedius - Anonymity

I was linked to this earlier and thought it was a pretty nifty app......Anybody try this? If so, what do you think? I would just like to get some feedback and comments regarding the program itself as I may want to try it out sometime in the future.

I just looks like a Socks Proxy server, and the thing i wonder is if all connections are made through their server couldn't they be subpenaed like an ISP?
