telesync is a copy shot professionally, usually from the projection booth, with a direct connection to the sound source.

Do you get good search results if you search for 'telesync' in Kazaalite, etc?
I would try it, but I'm at work and wouldn't dare install a P2P app :-D

I think
telesync = good quality
and
cam = bad quality most of the time
