we dont have a problem with first post idiots on the forum, thats a stupidity which is unique to the news posts.
You wont get a truly trustworthy, fast anonymous proxy unless you pay for it.

use your extra computer to setup a proxy server, hide behind it, or just install a proxy server at work or school and hide behind that, make sure no logs are kept.

es5 has a huge list of anonymous proxies that seem to update regularly
