View Full Version : ok i got two Major problems with mine

ok first

1) i open kazaa, and say i pick a song to listen to, one that song is done and i click another to play, it says "illegal opperation" and shuts kazaa down. now why does this happan everytime i want to hear a song? i have to shut down and restart kazaa every time just to veiw ONE file :| anyone know how to fix this?

2) this just happand today, ANY file i play, actually plays the very last audio file. so if say i had 10 songs and thats it. i picked #1 to listen to it wouldnt play that selected song, it would play #10 for some reason. ive restarted about 3 times, moved the shared folder around too but nothin. i even deleted the file it keeps playing but it just NOW plays the SECOND to last song...

ANYONE know whats going on?

1.First uninstall Kazaa, run adaware, then install Kaazaa lite.
2.Try using a third party MP3 player like Winamp or windows media player. The built in player for kazaa is not really that good.

have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? could also be a problem with wmp... it's how kazaa plays songs. i don't know if you can reinstall that though, microsoft made it... haha. maybe you should try installing one of ms's new versions of windows media player? it's crap, but, maybe somebody else will have a better idea.

As usual Winphuk is all over it, in the right direction.

What I would like to have seen was what O/S that you use, and that you also have a clean start up. These come before upgrading programs etc.

Follow his lead on this one.

Youre the last person I consider thin skinned here.


You know how it is around here, people have a pos O/S, thats 3 years old, crammed full of programs, no disk space, no maintanance, and the answer is to upgrade to WMP 9 ! That cant be uninstalled, ohh yahhh!

I was inferring that it was a Kazaa \ OS problem, that's all.
