there's a big picture on that page that says "BLUBSTER"
it's blue, and on the right hand side.

yeah the page won't even load for me, I guess there server is down or something. I heard from a nother thred on zp that download.com was also down. We'll see what happens.

It only means that Sharman has mandated that Kazaa Lite development and distribution and all that be stopped. Kazaa Lite is not a network and cannot be shut down.
On a side note, several courts have also ruled Kazaa as legal on the grounds that Sharman cannot control how users use the service. So far, it is the only one--all other networks are considered illegal in nature as a whole.
