Well Kazaa lite was shut down today, so anything is possible.

That's the thing I was thinking when I read that post too, hee.

It only means that Sharman has mandated that Kazaa Lite development and distribution and all that be stopped. Kazaa Lite is not a network and cannot be shut down.

On a side note, several courts have also ruled Kazaa as legal on the grounds that Sharman cannot control how users use the service. So far, it is the only one--all other networks are considered illegal in nature as a whole.
