dr dan? And who might that be?

BTW, you can find it here:

Zeropaid didn't post this on their front page news, for whatever reason. So if you like it, tell your friends, and help get the word out that way.

Update: Oops, looks like I spoke to soon. Well, tell your friends about it anyway. And for fuck's sake, quit calling me "dan." :shoot

<<corrupt download maybe?>>

That's a possibility, I suppose. I'll have to see if I can get it in now and if the same thing happens. Worse comes to worse, I'll uninstall and reinstall, or download again and reinstall.

Thanks for the clean version of Blubster Dr Damn ( I now have clean Imesh and clean Blubster from you) and am looking forward to using the Blubster client regularly once again. I was one of the early Blubster users and am looking forward to using it regularly once again. I was never that fond of Piolet and had already deleted it from my computer. Its great to see Blubster back and even better to get a clean version. You rock, Dr Damn !!!!

I dunno if this is the right place to post this.....but it seems as good a place as any.....

Every time I run Blubster, it copies a buncha dat files for config settings to my desktop. I thought that I just had 'show hidden files' checked under folder properties.....Sometimes it just so happens that there are logs and such hidden after using certain programs.....but I found that I had it unchecked.

My question is.....Why does it keep writing those files to my desktop. Is there any way to stop it? It's a pain in the ass because if I try to modify it in anyway, I lose all my downloads and settings. Thanks.

I circled the problem in green (teal if u wanna be technical)....you should be able to make it out......Basically it's everything to the far right under my 'Shared Folder.' Believe me, my desktop is usually not that cluttered, but it's being used as a "download dump test area" right now.

You have the blubster.exe on your desktop instead of a shortcut, that's why it is doing that.

Yeah, same problem here. Can't forward 41170 to 41170 because of router firmware limitations. I guess until better firmware is available, you may have to compomise, at least while using Blubster/Piolet. I dunno, for me, it's just forwarding a port range of 41170 and lower ports so the number doesn't add up to 65535 (worked best for me, but lowered security). Or do an IP passthru whilst using Blubster (blah, not worth the hassle and compromised security).
