first of all please edit your post and delete the file name, warez of any kind is not tolerated/permitted here.
second, the reason you cant do anything with the .cue file is cuz you need the .bin file
the file you have is for a svcd which means you gonna have to either burn the image to disc or mount the image in a virtual drive.
either way you still need the .bin of the same name as the .cue file you have

you can either extract it with winiso and open the dat file in the mpegav folder with a media player, or you can burn the image of the cue file with nero and open it with the virtual drive! You can also open the mpegav folder from the cd if you cannot play the cd directly. If it is a svcd i think it is the mpeg2 folder but i've never tried it before with and svcd.

Open up the .cue file in Notepad, it will say
FILE "blah.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
blah.bin will be the exact file name you need to find in order to burn/watch this movie. Search for that

you need to burn the cue, WITH a bin file that should have come with it. YOu can use Nero, BlindWrite, or a few others to burn it then play it.

if all you got is the cue file, you ain't got nothing.
like a few mentioned. you need the bin file to go with the cue.

Yep, I was telling him/her how to get the file name of the .bin they would need to actually WATCH the movie. WinISO is a great program for extracting from .bin files, I use it all the time.
