you kould also try emule. i personaly use that program, havent really gotten around to trying bit torent yet. you grab grab emule from this website or from theyre home page www.emule-project.net

If the movie is popular i download a movie in at least 3-5 hours(a vcd or avi usally about 700mb). Download speeds are usally 100kB and up on broadband it may be around 20kb at first but it generally speeds up. If ithe file has at least 3 or more seeds(1 or 2 can be good if you have enough leeches), 20 to 30 leeches, your download speeds should be fine. Check out http://www.suprnova.org for torrent files.

Nothing is going to be as fast as Kazaa,except perhaps Bit Torrent.
With E-Mule and Bit Torrent, you will have to be patient, no two ways about it. Just let it download.
On E-Mule your downloads WILL eventually start.
