when i try to burn like 150 tracks on a cd it works on the comp and a my boom box that supports mp3 cd's. The problem is though i got i new cd player there is only one track one the cd when i play it on there and it is silent. Is there a way to make it play all the tracks when you do the mp3 cd project for a cd to play on the cd player. So you will understand what type it is, it is a protable one.

I think he means, that when he puts the MP3 disk into his portable cd player, only the first track plays, and the rest is silence? is that right mp3master1215?

It sounds like the CD player doesn't support an MP3 CD.
What's happening is that you are probably copying over direct MP3's onto the CD, which is fine on the computer as it can read the cds, and the boombox must have an MP3 decoder, as for the CD player, it sounds like it can't support MP3's, only pure audio CD's.
Therefore, the CD player will only pick up one track - the data track with all the mp3's in it. Because the CD player can't decode the data track, it just plays silence.

buy a new mp3 compatible cd player or if your cd player has an AUX connector than you can just do it that way

Do you have the mp3's on your computer? If so use a burner program like Nero and burn them as a audio cd. This will limit you to about 12 to 16 songs per cd. Choosing audio format changes the file format to wave type. Wave is the format for most regular cd players.
