kazaa search result different?

once i compare the list of result search in kazaa wif my friends...my list is alwiz shorter than his...n i oso cant find ani of his files inside even though i use exactly his filename...y ar? den the result tat appears..hardly is fast connction..mostly slow slow one...y ar?

it's been discussed in the forums millions of times try using the search function. the reason why you don't find you friend's files and have fewer search results is because of the supernode you are connected to; try changing supernodes and see if it's faster and delivers more complete search results. as for finding your friend's files, you'd have to be very lucky to be in the same supernode as him and still kazaa (neither kmd nor lite++) searches in the whole supernode (you could try setting autosearch more in ++) so, while connected to the fastrack network open any browser and type in the address your friend's IP like this xx.xx.xx.xx:1214 (where x is your friend's IP of curse) this will directly show the files being shared by him in the network and then you only have to select your file. keep in mind he' s got to have an open slot.
