Hye,

As many of you I am a rare mp3 fan.

Listening MTV charts is not my hobby. I was really satisfy of Audiogalaxy services... It rocks !

The satellite allows me to discover many new artist and band. Thanks to its centralized search capacities.

My request ? Here it is...

Where do you guy find the largest choice in mp3 nowadays ?

Which community allows to send request among the biggest amount of users ?

Requesting 5 000 users is not enoigh to find good sounds..... Fasttrack does neither allows a full network request....

All your ideas are welcome

Thx

I don't think one single filesharing program has the range of mp3s AG had. I think the only thing you can do it use a selection of different programs. Personaly I seem to be able to find some fairly rare stuff using and combination of Kazaa Lite, WinMX and SoulSeek. I also have iMesh and Shareaza but have yet to find an mp3 on them that isn't already on Kazaa.

I'm using WinMX now, since AG's demise! But it helps if you have plenty of files to share & a broadband connection! Also I've found that KaZaa Lite is'nt too bad for mp3's.BUT I'm sure something will step in to take AG's place real soon! - Todd Matthews

No you don't have to pay anything to download from SoulSeek. I think they set up some scheme where people who donate are entitled to certain privileges

Blubster doesnt quite yet have an equal amount of content as AG used to have but its quickly growing, and Im able to find tons of music I cant on fastrack, and Blubster does search its entire network of users for the file you search for. If more and more people begin to add their collections of rare music etc. to Blubster, its only going to get better.

CNET sucks! they didn't put Soulseek on the test so don't believe that shit. Soulseek and WinMX are the only descent programs around.
