desperate for help - HELP!!

I am a bit of a technical retard. have managed to download Kazaa-Lite. All I want to do now is find music files and movie files on the net but don't know where to start - everywhere I have looked people are asking me for money to look at things and that strikes me as being against the spirit of file sharing. I also know a mate of mine gets all his stuff completely for free but can't get hold of him to find out how. Please help by providing addresses or where to look for links (music more important than movies).

Have you installed kazaa lite yet? cuz after that you search for the music you want in the search tab. it is as simple as that.
