installed Windows XP and all kazza lite dls failing isntant?

Ok i just installed kazza lite newest version

i got amd xp 2200 windows xp (with updated downloaded setup files during install-this make a diffrence?)

ram 768 meg

pretty clean hd after it messed up last week fresh installs of windows 98 and windows xp

as soon as i try download files i look at traffic it says fail

and i try resume serch etc more sources
and ity deosnt even say it trying ,stays on fail

its conecting i used file sharing for a few years this first itme i seen this

Why fresh installs of Windows XP and Windows 98?

Have you tried re-installing K-Lite?

yea m8 that too, thuoght i had isntalled bad first of all so did that

heh not got bootable xp disk the now,,
and was helping a m8 fix his disk toher day ,, messed up both mines in process =(

the "fails" have been known to be due to connection issues

weather you forcefully closed the connection by the ip or the port was blocked by isp

something is up behind the scenes that you are unaware of

what i would suggest is to manually change the operating ports kazaa uses if that doesnt help try a different program

also forgot to mention that anti-virus software set to "active scan" has a tendancy to stop the downloads in progress giving you a "failed" response if the file looks suspicious

if it is an AV its definitely a good thing, either way hope you solve(d) it
