I know this has been mentioned before, but I think it's the mjor problem with this othewise top site and needs to be dealt with:
News updates: nowhere near enough.
I'm prety sure that if we looked hard we could find many an interesting tidbit to post on ZP every day. The fact that the page is updated (if) once a day is not that great for stickyness. I think I'm not the only one who's now started to skip almost immediately past the main page and into the forums, to see if anything's new.
Does ZP need more writers? Or is the dynamic world of P2P actually pretty stagnant?

I think that they're trying to reserve the front page for the bigger, more important news.
When the Qube was coming out with a new beta twice a day(:fire), other news would be shoved off of the front page in 24 hours. I think its a lot nicer now with new releases in their own little box.
Just my $0.02 though.

There should be a pretty good supply of articles and news, there's on average 12 submissions waiting to be reviewed every time I submit.

Most everything depends on formatting. If you want your story posted early, then have it spell checked and formatted. then I odn't have to go back and fix everything. If more ppl would od that...we would have less problems/

Most everything depends on formatting
What formatting apart from spellings?
Is it...
1.Capitals for first letter of every main world in the title?
2. Making each link open in a new window?
Anything else?
Perhaps, you should add a note to the submit news page asking people to do this.
Maybe there should be a few people purging stories?
