There is a large amount of linux doucmentation of the web. Google is your friend. Search for "running dos programs on linux".
The short answer is to run DOSemu which won't work well with graphical programs, run real DOS in a virtual machine or the method I would reccomend is to get an obsolete computer install DOS on it and use it with a KVM switch.
