Wasn't there a story on the new Qube beta 12 this morning? What happened to it?

Yea, I had the same problem. Also whenever there's a new story the link generally doesn't work for it for about 1/2 an hour. I find this very annonying.

If things start getting weird like that, you can always try the Search News function - here's the link for Qube Beta 12 (http://www.zeropaid.com/news/articles/auto/04282002a.php).

I deleted that news link because people were dissin it, and it's supposed to be under Filesharing releases. It's along story but it's still there. I update the newswhenever I'm around and so we delete the stuff from teh homepage if it's old or getting trashed.

OK so does CNN remove news items about Palestine 'cause Yasser gets a bit miffed?
Keep the news whether they get dissed or not. Don't bow down to complaints on your homepage, that's what the forums are for! If there's news, publish it, and if the kids cry, fúck 'em.
My 2 cents.

I think Matt was right to take it off the front page.

Yea, one of my articles turned into a racism fest. there was spam every where. It my opinion anything that's not consctructive conversation should be considered to be deleted, maybe not the article though, just the posts.

When an article is a genuinly good article, I usually copy and paste it and repost it. Then the comments are clean. Although the original author isn't given the credit that way, so I try to refrain from doin that. Jorge is working on a fix for posting jerks

Flamewars will happen. But they should not dictate what is or isnt published. Clean the threads, keep the articles. I'm not willing to have my curiosity for news curtailed by the ignorance of others.

I wonder what Jorge is working up to fix those jerks... I was thinking something along the lines of integrating the news with vB with a hack like vBindex 1.3 (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=37021) might make it easier to keep the flames under control.
