Kazaa might not have got the spanking Brilliant got in the media, but I think they fared worst in this whole deal. They are the ones losing users to Kazalite.

Even though the man does have a point, it was Brilliant who got caught with its hands in the cookie jar. The defense of "everyone else also does is too" is like Clinton saying he was not the only US President who had an affair while in office(which is probably true) . Sure everyone else does it, but Brilliant got caught, so there is no escaping public condemnation and loss confidence of the consumers.

Jeeze, this poll was really decided by a landslide if you ask me, people today don't take crap with spyware. This just goes to show how hard it will for future file-sharing programs to make money off their hard-ass users, KEEP ON FIGHTIN' THE SYSTEM!!!
