Hi!!
My XP crashed thrice in 15 minutes, and connection was dead, i had to reconnect to get the sites to open.......
i am sharing bout 15gb worth songs, and i dont see no 1 uploading?
is it project fasttrack........
can some1 plz explain what RIAA are doing? and i am not running a firwall but just Norton2003AV, how would a firewall help?
and what firewall would u recommend?

Firewall is a must have on a computer. Either u use p2p or not. I like sygate personal firewall pro.
As far as RIAA goes, it depends where u live. If u dont live in US then dont sweat over what RIAA is doing instead search what ur local recording association (RIAA of ur country) is up to.

get latest virus definitions, full system scan, get latest windows update... or maybe you have driver problems?

any other? This does not sound like an riaa move to me. Some of the other posts on this thread make more sense. The riaa does have some nasty tricks, but I don't think they are using them just yet!

First off, write a post that actually makes sense. I know that English isn't your first language, but what have the RIAA and Project FastTrack got to do with XP crashing?

one more question, this does not relate to the thread........
for sig2dat links....do i always need to copy paste them or type them or can i just simply click on it (if it is like listed on a site) and get it to work

I think there is an ignore option, but maybe it only works for PMs.
But he's right, what has Project FastTrack (presumably a hoax) got to do with your XP crashing three times in 15 minutes? It's more likely that you've got a buggy driver, a virus, or a trojan installed on your computer.

i have installed sig2dat seperately in another folder........
i cant get quicklinks to work it says specified path does not exist
