In light of the recent Oreo lawsuit.....please post legit reasons to sue the RIAA.

I really would like to sue the RIAA for my hearing damage.....not that it's too bad, but I know I can't hear as good as I used to because of listening to loud music.

That's worth what......at least $20,000 right? Maybe a cool mil.

Someone please sue them for that. Maybe I could sue them for the cost of my computer. File-sharing is the only way to get good music, instead of the same overpriced bullshit over and over!!!:finger 'em

Think I'll sue 'em for losing me money due to the shut-down of P2P File-Sharing services.

Chargine me $20 for only two good songs on the CD.

A 17 track, means $1.18 per track, times the 15 crappy ones
equals $17.67 rebate.

Multiply that by.....about 50 CDs with similar situations and that makes $882.35!

How about suing them for corrupting our youth. The Oreo guy says he's fighting for the children so should we. We have 10 year-old sluts running around cause of Brittney, Christina, etc. and he have little thugs because of Dre, DMX, etc. and we have stupid wiggers thanks to Eminem. To say that pop stars and gangsta rap don't affect kids, especially without responsible parents is bull$hit. There you go, sue them for the children, the politicions would jump on board then.

No, sue them for creating that garbage rap that warps people's minds, making them want to become thugs and live the thug life.

And say 1 of those RIAA created Thug wannabe's beat you to a bloddy pulp and stole your car.

Also say because of Brittney and christina's music, your little sister is a whore who contracted AIDS.

Also, sue them so pop can die.
I wanna hear Metal and Techno on the radio damnit!
Variety is the key for radio.

They were on about that in England once. They say that some of the rap music is responsible for violent crime and usually associated with drugs/guns.

England's done a lot of good work to stamp out gun crime, but it might be on the increase, because of this rap sh!t.

Good thing though, is that the Home Secretary did jump on their back, well better than nothing I guess.

So if you get attacked or affected by a crime and you find out the criminal is affected by this music. Find if it is the RIAA, and then sue them. They might have the cheak to say they didn't foresee this happening blah blah blah, but I don't think the courts would agree.

Besides why is it I always hear like this "friction/hatred" between grungers/townies? Is it b/c of the music? It's very sad that this happens, but it seems to be that ppl judge u by what u listen to and how u dress........very very sad........oh well.

Oh and I remember So Solid Crew saying something about non-townies can't remember what, but they stirred up this sh!t.

I would like to know what it was though......

That is North american's corporate society at work.
The Big companies decide what you should do to conform to thier image of "Normal and cool"
Right now, its listinin to that new shit rap (timberlake, JLo etc), baggy ass clothes that are 100 sizes too big, and losing your virginity at the age of 6

Fuckin' conformists.

I must admit, the artists I listen to are a bit of an idol to me. But when it comes down to disrespecting other people who aren't the same as you, that's going too far.

Two worded saying that goes with this: "Be yourself".

They should change this thing, like make it anti-trust law, or something.......
