View Full Version : annoying subtitle-do-u-know how to get rid off?

I have downloaded this divx movie. Everything is perfect except it has subtitles (translation of what has been said in the movie) in German language at the bottom of the screen in every frame in the movie. I can understand the movie because it is in english but i just find this extra writings at the bottom very annoying. For me there is no use for it. therefore is it possible to get rid off the subtitles in the movie so it would look like as its original release? please help and thanks

no, there's no way to do it. its part of the video im sure. live with it, or DL a different copy. or but the movie....

You could downlaod another clean copy and layer the two videos and select the area of the subtitles from A and replace it with B but then again, you could just watch B

If you get subtitles your stuck with them, pay attention to the title when you download and make sure it does not contain the word "sub" or any word or abreviation of a language that you don't want.
