no they just probably hired someone else who didnt know what they were doing.
that happen last time, where the person messed up the website.
hacking there website if this happen would be dum as the riaa dont have no personal information on there.
they arent that stupid to do it.
for anything, its more of a powerplay for them to see there site get hack.
it brings hits to there site, and then people end up being tortured with there babbling policies and such..

if i knew how to hack i wouldnt hack them. they are worthless.
nuff said
i wouldnt hack anyhoos
point is there are a bunch of idiots withall there policies and such. and wanting to tell people what to do with there puters.

ever since the lawsuits started emerging KaZaA has undergone fundamental changes to ensure it's longetivity.

Kazaa lost the court case???

And what are these fundamental changes then?

I find it rather ironic that they would use the very same thing they are trying to stop to spread this bullsh#t!! What a bunch of meatheads:finger 'em!!

Steps towards decentralization.. like making sure the network would function without log-in servers, etc.

Trust me, they made a few changes when their future was threatened, it's part of the reason the **AA are trying to push the Sharman-has-control case.

I just don't understand why the RIAA does not stick that box behind a firewall and move away from whatever script preprocessor is being used (.cfm). The firewall can help but I think it is more due to a hole in a script because they are using coldfusion from which I know has lots of holes in it. But nevertheless I don't care if they keep getting hacked.

Thought I would bring this thread back to life by telling everyone that the RIAA's website is down again(june 10). Wonder if its because they got hacked?

the RIAA's website being down doesnt affect their work in closing down P2P networks one iota. It's nothing more than an extremely minor inconvenience to then. It's not as if the wheels are gonna stop rolling.

Who lost? Kazaa?

Well if they did lose I'd thought I'd here more about it than just who won. Besides it may be in my law journal I read in the intellectual property section.

The RIAA website down. Woohoo. Cheers. Awesome. Cool.
Excellent . Any way to keep it down and make them disappear off the face of the earth .It would be a gigantic step towards making the earth a more liveable and less polluted place if we got rid of the shit that organizations like the RIAA promote.
