ANts P2P creates a third generation P2P network. It protects your privacy while you are connected and makes untraceable, hiding your identity (ip) and crypting everything you are sending/receiving from others. Features double encryption: point-to-point and endpoint-to-endpoint, enhancing your privacy because the proxies routing your message will not be able to decipher it.

ANts P2P realizes a third generation P2P net. It protects your privacy while you are connected and makes you not trackable, hiding your identity (ip) and crypting everything you are sending/receiving from others. Supports swarming, multi-sources downloads. ANts P2P encrypts all traffic being sent or received from others and proxies traffic between participants in the network to make it harder to determine the originating IP addresses.

Ants P2P Transfers Change log:

• SSL Transfers: This is designed to make p2p transfers look like normal internet traffic and allow you to get through most firewalls. You must set your port number to 443 and be sure to set your external IP in the settings panel and click on option to search Gweb cache and IRC for peers. Ants now uses only ONE port number.
• Fixed Deadlocks: This version fixes many issues that resulted in stalled transfers.
• Fixed Swarming: Over time, as changes where made, it seems the swarming feature of ants became incompatible. Changes have been made to the code to make swarming optimal.
• As additional security, transfers are Point-to-Point as well as EndPoint-to-EndPoint secured.

• Preferential connections to give the network a fast backbone.
• Support for partial downloads.
• Autosearch sources for active and interrupted downloads.
• Finding parts of files through normal queries or queries by hash.
• Full text indexing and searches over full file content and full file path location.
• Non-anonymous internet relay chat.
• Queries are encrypted asymmetrically. This means that only the originator can read the query results. Everyone can read the query string but this asymmetric approach drastically
  reduces the potential of a node to do transit query analysis.
